so a long time ago, I posted a video of oooju eating bbung-tee-kee for the first time. this was probably when he was 4 or 5 months old (I can't really remember). anyways, here he is, age 18 months. it's fun watching how much better he's gotten at eating.

Harold and the Purple Crayon v. Oooju and his Pen
I know it's a bit of a stretch, but ever since Oooju became really attached to this pen (he would not let it go during an entire bath once), he reminded me of Harold especially when he wears his sleeper pjs.
Grace's B-day
We hosted my cousin Grace's birthday at our house. I made the food and let me tell you, it was goooood. I was so proud of myself. No one thought I could actually cook. On top of the birthday celebration, we had a white elephant gift exchange with crazy rules. In order to steal a gift, you had to frog leap over the person or down a beer in 10 seconds. But all the gifts were pretty booty and I think most of us used the gift receipts to go get something else. Here, I was presenting Grace with her b-day gift and Lucas just swooped in and tried to take it for himself. what a joker. Below is a video of Oooju and Lucas sharing pasta and Lucas' milk together. A couple of weeks ago, we helped our friends Robert and Nuvia move into their new apartment. As you can see, Oooju did a lot of heaving lifting.
